the waiting is killing me.

I am so in limbo right now it is almost funny. I applied for Grad School AND I am still waiting to hear something from Cartoon Network for an internship. The suspense is killing me. I am starting a series of drawings. Little portraits. I am posting one I have started. I still need to add something to it. You get the gist of it I am sure.
I really need to stay busy as well as positive and it is starting to get really tough.

I thought I would post some things from the archives. Ink work. I hate using pencils before inking. I think the lack of pencils helps to promote a sense of confidence. If you use a pencil then stick to pencil. If you use a pen then use a pen.. don't be a bitch about it. Anyways...

I am digging this drawing. I started in the morning as soon as I woke up and knocked it out an a couple of hours. Surprisingly fast. I tried to keep from outlining things too much, i think it turned out rather successful.
